OUR MISSION

Our mission is to acquire and maintain designed open spaces in Meiners Oaks for the benefit of the natural environment and to enhance the lives of residents of Meiners Oaks and the greater Ojai Valley.

OUR VISION

Our vision is a place where young and young at heart can connect with nature and find joy and wonder in its textures, shapes, smells and sounds.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to inspire the power of community to transform an abandoned commercial property into a dynamic neighborhood park.

From Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, we've found inspiration for possible features and elements to build within our Meiners Oaks Park.

Together we can make a positive and lasting contribution to our community. We will restore an oak woodland and create a park for everyone to enjoy. The park will be a catalyst for engagement and interaction by blending art and nature into a nurturing environment available to all.
